2. Designing Your Home.

Our new homes and transformations are custom designed and built, so our initial meetings lay the foundation for a collaborative experience, with a range of design options and solutions available. We can assist in bringing you together with some of the industry’s best architects, designers and specialist consultants.

The construction of unique homes, designed to reflect our clients’ personalities and lifestyle choices is where we have developed our reputation for success. Offering design and construct services, as well as participating in client and architectural tenders, we’ll be there alongside you, ensuring your original brief is reflected in conceptual sketches to final design, always reviewing your budget along the way.

3. Planning & Building Approval.

Applications for local planning and building approvals can be quite complex, so the use of private certification consultants during the preliminary design process ensures all statutory obligations, including conformance to the Building Code of Australia are met. Early input and certification minimises the risk of non-compliance and reduces local authority processing times, meaning timely approval of your planning application.

Once planning approval has been received, construction drawings are finalised and submitted for building permit issue. Again, certification ensures that statutory obligations are met and timely approval obtained.

4. Contract Signing.

On the completion of your construction documentation, we can prepare a contract which suits your requirements. Using only industry prescribed contracts, there are a number of choices available, including lump sum and cost plus.
